I started working in the food industry at the age of 15, I instantly fell in love.  When I was 27 I started a restaurant in Portugal with local dishes that were easy, practical and fast.  My customers were mostly local businesses and students.  (In Portugal we can pick up the children at lunch for them to have a family meal and go back an hour or two later depending on the grade.)  I enjoyed serving fresh, tasty food to my fellow people. 

I am looking to continue that passion here in Falmouth.  I look forward to serving you!
